All GoKnit project bags are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. It is best to let them air dry and should not be put in the dryer.

Accidents happen and if you find yourself with a cut in your bag, simply use Tenacious Tape™ on the inside of the bag. This tape can be found at most outdoor/camping stores or online.

Items are returnable up to 30 days from purchase. Simply mail back the item to KnowKnits,
LLC, PO Box 50116, Nashville, TN 37205. Please send an email to  info@knowknits.com stating the reason for return. All items must have all tags and be in the same condition as you received it.  Once the item is received, you will be issued a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the reason for return is due to our error.

All the bags are made from high quality ripstop nylon and sometime in production a small error may occur. We stand behind every bag we sell. If the breakage is due to our error, your bag will be replaced for free.

Items that were purchased at a discounted price are not eligable for return.

If the reason for return is due to a defect in the product or you received the wrong item, we will pay postage. If you changed your mind about your purchase and want to exchange it, you are responsible for postage.
